North side I fished from mouth to inside the bay from 7am-11am, high was 10am, just got 1 pull on a rubber lure and tried every rapala and other lures and spinners in the bag.

Was talking to a lad today that caught a decent sea trout in malahide last week. In fairness he said he put in many hours over the last 7 weeks and many hours since he caught it without another.

There is definitely bass there now though, I was fishing portrane beach about 2 weeks ago and was speaking to another angler who said the guy fishing beside him caught 3 bass the night before, off the beach to peeler close to the mouth, so there is definitely a good chance to catch one here :D
