good not much weed, fished for bass at low water the last few weeks. not sure where the best place to lure fish from. I just head straight down from the slip. studded boots are a dream.

Garretstown beach pretty much unfishable at high water yesterday with floating weed. Can be fished OK at lower stages of the tide I'd imagine

Re: WEED WATCH - Waterford & Cork
Fished Gattetstown this evening on the rising tide. Lots of weed in close gathering in the middle portion of the beach. Long casts and keeping the rods high on the tripod did the trick. No fish unfortunately

Incoming tide fished, Bantry bay, little to no weed while bottom bait fishing and some spinning
