Hey everyone I'm just wondering if any 1 can point me in the right direction. If been looking into squid fishing and it's extremely hard to find anything about it. If anyone can give me some advice on where to catch them not exact location but rough idea I'm from MAYO but will travel to give it a go I have a load of different rigs and am mad to see if I can catch some thanks in advance.

you need to get out on a boat bud plenty in. Galway bay the blue shark that sails from rossaveel. other than that you can get them in deep peir marks with Sandy bottoms they come into spawn in August jigging for them is good

Have you had any luck Mitzymayo? I've been meaning to try for squid too. Just bought a few lures this afternoon!
