Clare beaches

Anyone fish any of the Clare beaches (farnore,Spanish point, white strand beach ) or any other one at all recently.. any advice as to which beach and what could possibly be caught.

I fished lahinch one evening last summer dog ,flounder and an 8lb bass
Two hours up to hw there was a lovely surf .I was up the town end cos I'm lazey [emoji23]
