There’s only two professional rod builders in Ireland myself and a guy in Waterford.
Ask around your local clubs as there might be a hobby rod builder in you location.

Using shane years hes the only builder id use his work is top class

Worth the extra money for one of the two pro's in Ireland otherwise you're taking a serious step down in quality which for a top end rod is idiocy
