Sheephaven bay, Donegal

There is a coastal walk behind Ards Friary with access to a few small beaches and I wondered if it is worthwhile fishing in and around that area? Any advise on locations and species caught would be welcome.

Off the rocks on the other side of the Bay, up past Downings Pier and around Rosguill would be a better bet.
