Portaferry 23/06/06

People: Myself and Hairy Conger

Duration: 9pm, 12.30am

Tide: Wet.

Weather: 1 Shower, Fine.

Bait: Mackeral

Rigs: Plentiful

Results: 4 Codling.


Report: Codling going to about 3/4 of a pound, its all fun. Fish jumping all over the place, had a Conger Rod out but no joy, Oh well, there's always next time eh?

hi drew, decent enough catch there. i've never tried portaferry pier, though its somewhere i would like to fish. u said u used mackerel for bait, have u tried king rag there?? thank u also for getting me in the mood to try greys point, as i said on my report i had some fun with the mackies!! i think we'll bump into each other some where along the line this summer!! :D
