I believe the razor boats have been hitting portmarnock beach hard lately ,which certainly won't held the fishing

Tried two North Dublin marks four times between mid-May and 1st week in July and didn't get any hounds or any other fish for that matter-size 1/0 to size 1 hooks, fresh and frozen crab. I only fished a total of about 10 hours but always the few hours around high spring tides and coming into darkness so would have expected a few hounds to show.
It ain't easy but it sure is simple!

Fished a north Dublin mark twice at the start of June and had 1 small hound.
