How much difference

#1 Post by ardinn »

Just wondering how much difference it makes if your bait is slightly off the bottom.

So im fishing for bass - its a bit weedy, im using a pennell rig - is it worth making a really short snood at tightening up the line so the snood sits a few inches off the ground??

Just a though that occoured to me last night in some weed.

When bass fishing doesnt really make a diff unless weed is very very bad as bass swim threw it mooching for food, a a short snood will also work as they dont only feed off the bottom
