The NSAI will certainly do it for a fee (€50).... http://www.nsai.ie/Our-Services/Measure ... ation.aspx
Give them a buzz first to confirm the pricing. i think it is less if you are collecting yourself.
There are other companies that can do it too. I would not be familiar with the Dublin area. There is a company in Cork doing them for €30.
Technically any weights lab can certify your scales once they have certified weights (That's very important).

Where in cork are they calibrating them Jim?
Does it have to be a certain type of scales?
Thanks

http://atlasweighing.ie/ - Up at forge hill cerifiy for €30.00 (So I'm told)

The certification process is simple - they will test your scales (Any make or type). Your scales is tested over a range of weights. If it is reading true it will be certified. If it is not reading true it will not be certified. Simple as that really. The testers usually will not do any work to your scales to fix an issue (it is certification rather than calibration or repair etc.).

You will find that the cheap and cheerful scales will fail to certify after a few years, for many different reasons. The tried and tested scales like the Reuben Heaton 7000 series or the Sports Scale or the Salter Sampson will all pass year after year without a hitch.

The RH 7000 series is a superb scales.
The Salter Electro Sampson is also a fine scales.
The RH 9000 Sportscale is a fabulously small compact digital.
