Just wondering if there would be any hounds around wexford in May, targeted them last august and had a few up to 4lb.
Im from Belfast and will be traveling down for alot of overnight trips this time.

They should start to show in Dublin at the end of the month.The better fishing around Wicklow and Wexford usually starts the end of May

Cheers, are there many show up at Portmarnock? I fished there at start of year for the usual suspects but blanked altogether. I would rather travel on to wexford for hounds if Portmarnock not that good for them? Im off every weekend next month so thats why I was going to do few overnighters in Wexford, I might just hold off to May time? and fish away in Donegal as we have been doing ok with Ray since start of march and we had decent sea trout and Conger last weekend.
