Hi All,
Unfortunately this year I didn't get out to do as much SWFF(or any fishing for that matter) as I would have liked for various reasons.
Now that the winter season is coming in and I am looking at a low use rod, reel & flies, I'm wondering is it too late in the year to go throwing a fly?
Usually this time of year I would be trying to hit a few Pike or tying up some replacement flies but its been so mild I'm wondering could there be a few fish around.
I know the local Sea-Trout and Mullet are all but gone but would there be still some action to be gotten with Pollock or Bass?
Any thoughts welcome.
Eoin

Re: Is it too late?
Certainly NOT too late
Plenty of pollack around my local mark right now. Plenty of coley too
Not sure about bass but targeting them on the fly can be tricky - need favourable environment/circumstances
