Tope Wexford
Well lads have a question about tope fishing from shore.me and my mates are on a mission this year to get a tope from the shore and Iam looking for as much info as I can get Iam from Waterford so we will mainly fishing Wexford beachs.iam looking for info to give us the best chance to get one and Iam sure there is plenty of lads on here that could help us geting one.info Iam looking for is when people start fishing for them best months for them and earliest people have started to get them of the sure also best winds tides baits and tackle people use for them and any other info people would like to share be much appreciated Pms are welcome

ballyhealy beside kimore quay is a good spot during june when the tides are high have seen some nice tope taken from it if you put the time in you will be rewarded

Yes, never heard of a tope being landed from the ladys slip in tramore, and fished it often enough years ago... bass, flats definitely, possibly hounds now but never a tope.

Was out two weeks ago from carne in the boat but we went around to the back of ladies island lake (directly out from where they drain it) and anchored about 400mts max from the shore and we get got 6 and missed a good few runs. I know we were out in the boat but it seams like it could well be a spot to try from the shore.
