Hey all, can anyone the best tactics for targeting wrasse on the west coast?

Rigs, Float or ledger? baits, would you use crab? I don't have worm so it's out unfortunately!

Thanks!

I just use a simple leger with whatever bait is on the rocks, usually mussel or limpet.
I usually crush up a few mussels and throw them in every so often to help get the fish going.
