Kilmore Quay Shore Lure Fishing advice

Hi Folks,
I am heading down to Kimore Quay for the weekend in few weeks time.
Have a pass to go fishing. I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction to catch a bass on lures?
Is Bannow worth fishing in July or is it an Autumn venue only? Does cullenstown produce during the day.
