Artificial Crab

Just seen some artificial crab baits online - Anyone ever use them? Cant Imagine a great success rate!

They have a proven catch rate. More anglers than fish tho!

All depends what kind of fishing you do, if you just whack them in the water and stand there hands in pockets, of course they'll catch nothing. They're not really designed to be a static bottom bait, more like a bottom lure, you need to fish them actively on light gear. I've used them, artificial shrimp, and artificial worms, and caught with them all. It's all about the right circumstances/methods/gear, and a bit of brain work.
