Dunno, but on general principles any mark with access described as "down the rope" is one I'd walk away from, whistling, hands in pocket, as if I hadn't heard the directions......

Access is half way between baldly hack and arthurstown ....a rope hanging down between trees in a gap in the wall.....you can also access by walking from arthurstown along the rocks at low tide but be wary as u will get cut off ....there is no access from ballyhack side........ballyhack pier fishes just as we'll...

would you be able to park a car there or would you have to park somewhere else and walk back

You can park at arthurstown to walk across the rocks . There is room for 3 cars on ballyhack pier at most .....you cannot park along the rope.

Fished Ballyhack on Sunday only a few decent whiting most of them where small few dab as well but no cod

couldnt find the spot so just fished the pier at ballyhack - a few whiting +30, that was it
