East Coast Hounds

#1 Post by guernica84 »

Hi all,

I was just wondering if anyone fishing the Dublin / Wexford areas knows if the hounds are still around and when they leave in the year generally? Consensus in the South of England seems to be late September and I know they're still about there now, just wondering if we had a similar season here.

Thanks

I've had them up to the end off October of Wicklow beaches, but the last 5 weeks they have been baron as there ain't many crab around.beaches I ain't tried fishing for them tho for past 6 weeks. But there is still the odd one knocking round.
