Does anyone have this model ? Am wondering if the sounder / sonar which employs " CHIRP" technology is as good as it is advertised.

Saw it above in CH Marine. Looks a nice unit. The joystick seemed fiddly to me. Probably take getting used to.
Chirp is interesting. I know only some Garmin units use Chirp at the moment.
I suppose with all the new technology coming on stream its a matter of "will it make the difference". On the other hand sometimes its nice to have nice gear :)
