Hi Lads
anyone notice the lads fishing into the lagoon at the bottom of Kilbarrack road lately?
just curious what they are targeting
Too many lures ... not enough time...

Yeah a romanian guy that works where i drink caught five seabass in one sitting- and kept them all.two of them were under size.idiot
showed me a photo of them in his kitchen.he seemed suprised when i told him how it was but would observe rules in future....

There are seatrout,bass and flounder to be cought there.also rag mussels lugs and peeler to be had.

I have dug some bait here the odd time and I pass the spot most days but only lately are there anglers there . well done on putting your Polish mate right on bass
Too many lures ... not enough time...

He's not my mate,,I just know him.the wooden bridge can a good spot for bass too,also the channel between bull island and Goethe can be good too.always have good luck there in winter,but if the seals are there forget it.
