I am new to this forum and am wondering how to catch bass and were I've caught flounder and plaice and dogfish and pollock everything but bass please help on my bass quest

Shimano vengeance rod- €40 + cheap 3000 spinning reel + 20lb line + a couple of lures and bobs your uncle! Find a few marks and give em holly! Good luck
