Does anybody know if there is anywhere to target Bull Huss in the Cork Harbor area, or has anyone caught any there?

Iv heard there is a good spot for them just south of Church bay, meant to be a boat mark. I was catching thorn back ray at the weekend off a boat in this area, but I am wondering would I reach the area with a cast from the shore.
