Not much to report. Fished the lower end of the tide in blinding sunlight for about 3 hours, always a recipie for disaster on this venue. Any chance you have will be on a filling tide into darkness. Was really only out to take the Mrs and kid to the beach given it was a nice afternoon. Needless to say, not a nibble, except for crabs. No surprises there. Still, beats sitting around the house. Might go somewhere decent tomorrow and try the fluff chucking....

Went to Buncrana Pier myself yesterday with the oul fella for a few casts (at low water in blinding sun too) knowing we would catch nothing. But as you say, it beats lying around the house.
