Report:
It was a pleasant night weather wise - we could afford to keep out coats in the car but the westerly wind kept you on your toes. There was only one angler on the beach when we arrived but this soon multiplied to 14 anglers in a 500yd patch within an hour
I landed both fish on rag on a 2 hook clip down - I decided to use a plain weight (to enable a better OTG cast) with this rig which meant it was being thrown around in the surf but it still landed both fish
We were hoping to see a bass at some stage during the proceedings but alas - no show.
We had a bit of a scare when leaving the beach when the car got stuck in the sand - I wasn't driving
- BIG THANKS TO THE GUYS WHO HELPED US GET HER MOVING AGAIN, IF ANY OF YOU ARE READING THIS - THANK FECK FOR YOU BEING THERE OR WE WERE SNOOKERED
Roll on next weekend - I will have my college assignments finished and be able to get out twice a week again
