Ive the salopettes and smock from the same company which I am very impressed with and they have been through some real crappy summer weather.Basically the sizes are generous so I would imagine the waders would be similar both size wise and quality.

Just had a look at the moy waders. Nice bit of kit. And not to pricey . The ones you have jim are they lined ( some sort of heat holding. Material. ) or do you need to layer up.?

In the depths of winter I use neoprenes but thinking about it I don't think it necessary. Especially when lure fishing as it is busy anyway and generally active fishing. No they don't do boots.
I use a set of snowbee flats wading boots. Grand for the boat.

so would they fit a larger lad then, ie big legs and bit of a belly
