Tramore Beach

Hi lads, can anyone tell me the most productive stage of tide to fish Tramore beach, and which part of the beach is better? i used to fish it in the 80s so im a little out of touch :D

From fishing a few competitions down that way it's fishing the flood and the further down the beach the better.
There are a few cod showing up at the moment.
Bring crab

Total species boat/shore: 45

Tramore beach crab and lug best bait with a large surf sw winds is best.with best tide 2 hour either side of hw and lw with what part lady slip the moneys poll and down towards sandholls

Know some lads fished the slip recently, got bass on straight lug. Bring crab too, cod around and the bass like it too! :D
