braid knot to attach traces?
well lads while out on kish banks yesturday fishing animal rigs landed a good few hounds,dogs,huss,but got a few great takes and with a minute of reeling in i snapped all,reckon was my know as was on 30lb whiplash braid so couldnt see that snapping unlees had a tope
so looking for a good knot to use for future please

If you are talking about a knot from your braid to your snap swivel then you cannot go wrong with a palomar knot.

I know a couple people were giving out about the whiplash braid saying it snaps to easily and not where your knot is, it was further up the line

Could well be that then,strange as its brand new braid 3rd time to use it
