Hi all heading to cobh fri have a boat trip sat going ta do a bit of fishing fri nite tides aren't ideal hw is 5.30 was thinking of trying the pier or a beach near by any help wud be great thanks.

Deep water quay in Cobh with a pulley rig and 2/0 hooks and 5-6oz grippers will catch anything from there . Mainly dogfish and strap conger a chance of a ray too.

Have to agree with deep water quay in cobh town,but you could also try the pilots station at the end of the town,i used to fish both of them when i was in the navy down there.
