Can anybody give me info on hook head, its my first time fishing it and im only down for a couple of days so any info much appreciated

fish to the left of the lighthouse the ground is very rough so i would spin or use s.p also you could try float fishing with rag or sandeel i find using rag best down there as there are lots of big wrass to be had and there should be plenty of pollock around but only head down the rocks in calm weather the rollers can come from nowere and catch you out best of luck and stay safe
