rays in cork??

hi all would appreciate some tips to target rays in cork harbour or east cork,
like when, where. how, tides times everything really,
only getting back into fishing after few years break thanks

I never really targeted them ...but had some in the autumn years ago...corkbeg...ring strand...and Garretstown...oct/nov...on mack/squid baits.... :?
