only 2-3 souls at it along the bank up to the lock saturday early evening, on the rising tide and one of them had a keepnet, so i reckon he was coarse fishing. So i guess they've been and gone at that rate if that helps..

But it is just a smashing piece of the country around there by the river, haven't been there since a kid and boy i'll be back there real soon it's just a lovely place to go for a few hrs (shame the rod was banned for the few hrs...:) )

Thanks Fishfeatures, makes sense if they were still there the place would have been packed with this weather.

you could try on the big tides around the 22 to the 28 of this month ,if they are going to show again i,d guess these tides would be worth a shot????
