I have only heard a few reports here and there but that doesn't mean much,people are a little hesitant to say if their catching.I have heard plenty of reports of sea trout around the Dungarvan area.

Ive heard a few bass being caught around waterford ive been out once my self with no luck

I think we need this cold spell to move on first and a bit of settled warmer weather will help. Still early and very unsettled. This week doesnt look like helping much either with top temps around 6 if we are lucky and freezing at night.
Some nice tides around the 14th of April, might be worth a shot then.
Remember if there is a long spell of cold rain it will make estuary fishing harder for bass so you might want to keep that in mind.
Im not dusting the rods off just yet. Too sporadic.
