how best to present Razor on your hook

Going to be doing some bass fishing this summer and i am unsure as how best to mount the razor on the hook. I have been using a baiting needle with half a large razor or one small one, putting the bait elastic on then threading onto the hook. When on the hook a little more elastic to hold in place.

Is this correct or am I missing a trick? Any help appreciated

Try a pennel rig - the top hook will hold it nicely,save it from bunching up on the bottom hook

I use a full razor fold it in half and wrap it with bait elastic before you put it on the hook like a sausage .but use the pennel its the best way for razor
