hi all
this is really my first post here
was out with the family today taking a nice drive along the mayo north coast,,have to say it is so beautiful,,it is my first time on this route since moving here from the uk
we went through a town called Killala and took a right turn down to a beach called ross,,we got to the beach and it was gorgeous and then got chatting to a guy and his partner who seemed local and said there was another beach back the way and was called cbi
we got there after the walk down the nicely fenced off track,,,as soon as i seen it with a nice surf i thought this looks fishy
maybe in a month or so i definitely plan to take the rods down here and give it ago,,there was a small bit of weed to the right but looked fine otherwise,,does anyone on here knows how it fishes and what to expect,,,what baits to use etc
cheers greg in straide,co,mayo
