this picture showing a common blenny/shanny, I'm not sure, but for myself that fish looking slightly different, shape of the head and dorsal fin . Sorry for a poor quality of pictures

Goby for sure, the first one. Maybe a Rock Goby, even in the hand they are difficult to correctly ID. Fish experts struggle with them if they do not have the fish to hand, ie if they only have a photo to look at- I discovered that this year trying to get ones IDed from pics.

Was trying to get gobies IDed on iSpot and facebook, but the experts said- tricky at the best of times, there are quite a few varieties- having said that, an experienced angler may be able to confidently ID this one, someone local and familiar.
2013 Sea Species:- Bass, Flounder, 5 Beard Rockling, Shore Rockling, Whiting, red gurnard, grey gurnard, Pollack, coley, mackerel, sea trout, cant remember cos I didn't update at the time.....
2012 Sea species:- Pollack, Coley, Mackerel, Cod, Bass, Sea Trout, Haddock, Plaice, Dab, Flounder, Red Gurnard, Grey Gurnard, Pouting, Whiting, Corkwing Wrasse, Ballan Wrasse, Lesser Spotted Dogfish, Brown Trout caught on beach.
2011 Sea species:- codling, L.S. dogfish, coley, whiting, pollack(4lb 3oz), sea trout, shore conger eel (15lb), ballan wrasse, grey gurnard, plaice, dab (and lobster).

Species 2012: Flounder, Whiting, Dublin Bay Codling, Coalie, 3 Beard Rockling, Shore Rockling, Bass, Dogfish, 5.2lb Starry Smoothhound (PB), Twaite Shad, Thornback Ray 5.8lbs (PB), LSD, Pollock, Ballan Wrasse, Cork Wing Wrasse, 43cm Flounder (PB)

Species 2013: Coalie, East Coast Codling, Smoothounds, And hopefully a back opp to get back fishing soon...
