Heard its throwing up a few thirties and fish over the 40lb mark have been banked
2013 species : coalies,flounder(pb),whiting,dogfish,5 beard rockling
2012 species : cod,whiting,coalies;flounder,5 beard rockling,bass,dogfish,dab

Try venues like the river Inny or the Suck or lakes like Derravaragh if you want A decent pike session . Big fish turn up in both summer and winter so its just a case of bringing a wide variety of baits and try different methods till you see what works . A popped up bait can be lethal when nothing else works be sure to try vary the depths when using this method

I was on Ramour on the 25th of November. Flat Calm and a heavy cod fog. Fished a good few likely spots out of the boat... Not a Sausi!Andymx11 wrote:Was out in Lough Ramor last month. Was still a bit warm but some nice Jacks caught.
