tramore back strand

has anyone fished the arms in the back strand there looks like a deep channel between them looks like a good spot
a long walk for a blank so any info please

You can drive around to the far side of it and it's just a short (steep) walk from where you can park. It's straight down onto a beach. I've witnessed lads in chest waders making it across the channel so about 4ft of water but it looked a bit hairy and I'm not sure of state of the tide at the time.
