LRF Dun Laoire

#1 Post by sparkey+1 »

Hi lads my brother and his kids are home for there " summer  " hols for the week and I promised I would take the young lads out for a cast or two just wondering how the above fishes and how safe it is for a 9 and 12 year old. Which pier is best the one with the bandstand or the one without and does anyone know from what time the parking is free from.

Cheers Dave

the guys doing LRF usually go to the coal quay on the west pier (the small pier off the west pier with the fish shop on)
but most of the anglers who are feathering or bait fishing go to the end of the west pier (the west pier is the one without the bandstand on btw)
hope this helps!
