Fish ID please

Hi Guys,

I was wondering could anyone help me ID this Wrasse?

I'm not sure whether it is a male Corkwing or a Ballan Wrasse. It has blue markings on its head and blue speckles on the body which makes me think it is a male Corkwing, or are these markings common on Ballan Wrasse?
