People:2
Duration:1930-0030
Tide: Full around 2100
Weather:W-SW winds dropping. A very bright night. Full moon
Bait: Sandeel, Mackerel, squid, Ragworm.
Rigs:Single hook up and over for distance and three hook clipdown closer in
Results: 10 dogs and a couple of small whiting and dab.
Report: The wind was at our back so casting was easy. The sea was calm and no surf. Overall it was a quiet enough night and all the dogs came after 2130, we lost or dropped a number of fish also. No sign of any of the summer species yet.

Eventful evening Pat.
Sometimes those dogs are a pain in the a*se but they have saved me from blanking on more trips than enough.
There has been one wrasse caught over on the Co Down coast so the summer species are on their way mate.......
I've spent the day cutting the grass at home with the sun on my back so the summer is defo coming......
Heading out tonight for a few casts - I'll let you know how we fare.
