Goin to Bundoran for the weekend to Sea Sessions any point bringing the spinning rod to try for a few bass?

Oh, I dunno - but there are rumours of Bass there or thereabouts. Bear in mind that I don't shore fish down that side of the county so I have no firsthand info (as if I'd share that on a public forum anyway! :D ) but the rocky, weedy ground right in front of the town does look very inviting on a flooding tide. If it was ground like that in a remote part of Kerry/Cork/Waterford/Wexford you expect to find bass on it.

Bring the rod, a couple of surface poppers and some sp rigged weedless, and good luck to you!
