east coast winds

can someone please tell what winds are best for fishing the east coast beaches ?

Depends on the beach ,I fish Louth/meath beaches and S.E. winds about 20-30kph are best but the fishing is fairly crap though

i find the winds from the south the beaches fish that bit better but if your after hounds the calmer the better

I find east north east cool breezes will put the fish off. As of course a chilly northerly...but having said that if you have a big easterly pushing up the water wait till it drops off then most beaches fish their best with all the extra food washed in ...
