january bass on lures?

just wondering is anyone having any luck with lures this time of year?
was thinking of having a go with the weather being so good.oh and if so
what's working for ya? thanks.

Some fish showing further south than Wexford - Waterford and Cork - Had some fishing with my brother during the week with fish taking soft lures, white Lucky craft shads.

Sometimes when its like this you can get a population of a smaller sized fish on the North Wexford bass marks and in Waterford Cork areas.

Of course they are always to be caught further west....

had 2 bass the other day in a east cork mark on the waveworms bright green colour, conditions were not ideal give it a go u just never know.

i've picked up some of those waveworms i've had bass with them last summer fished weightless does this technique work in winter water or are they better on a jig head?any advice welcome,

i used mine with 7g decoy jig head and retrieved with the odd twitch
