Looks like, everyone's either not fishing or not catching.... have you tried Skerries again, was thinking of trying the harbour some evening.

I havent heard of any cod being caught up the dublin end, we had to travle to waterford to give it a go. But I might head out friday night and give it a bash and see can we find some.

dublin cod
Small codling around the back of Howth, Red Rock area but it's very dangerous getting down to the rocks to fish from. Personally I'd avoid it when there's any rain and definitely don't fish alone there.

Last time i fished skerries harbour it was all whiting,but if the lobster pots are gone ill try the swimming place in skerries ,ive tried a few rock marks but no joy yet,hopefully the pots are gone soon for the winter,give it a go chris,but be prepared to lose gear,simple one hook rigs and rotten bottoms and junk weights is what i do
