bundoran beach?

Hi lads, just looking for a bit info about fishing in bundoran beach, i'v fished in many beaches around donegal, but never realy stoped in this one, may it would be worth to try due to it is closest one, if there fishing is good enough so that could save me a lot of time and fuel aswell, so may someone could give me a few advices for the first start
what spesies can be cought
what baits to use
best tides
and wich part of the beach would be the best
