Was wondering if any could help me and tell me how many Grams to an Ounce.

so 150 grams is approx a 4 ounce weight!!!! been a long time out of school

to be exact it's 5.3oz

Most modern phones have a converter on them..Mine is a nokia e63, and its in the "office" menu.

Will convert velocity, mass, pressure, temp etc

Thanks lads for the help and reply, and i thought that i was chuckin out a 4oz gripper but as Donal stated exalt its 5.3oz.....
