Lug worm in clare?

Hi,
Does anyone can help on where to dig a lug worm?
I was told that lug worm is best for bass bait so i look for best place to get it in clare but don't know the exact location.
Hoping someone can give a bit of help.

Muckinish is good. Most muddy flats contain lug that can be dug at low water
