peeler and rag question

#1 Post by cormac sparks »

lad I have a couple of questions
1 can you salt rag the same as lug
2 I got some frozen peeler and when it thawed out and after i pealed it the skin under the shell felt like paper. Is this normal or did i get a bad batch.

many thanks
Cormac

Hi Cormac

Ya you can salt Rag it would be alot better than the preserved stuff you can buy which is muck. Not sure about the peeler, give it a go sure it may be grand..
The finest gift you can give a fisherman is to put a good fish back, and who knows if the fish that you caught isn't someone else's gift to you?"
