what stoney beach hc ,cushendall marks with a beach consist of the beach at the golf club between salmon rock +dalriada, only other marks with stones or pebbles are at life boat station rocks or around dalriada.
you done well with only sandeel for bait.
rab
if it cant get its jaws round a 1/0 its not worth catching [ mullet excluded ]

HC. There's stoney ground just infront of the car park at cushendun beside the pub 8) . Easy mistake to make. Was it there that you where fishing?

if you walk to the left past the park theres an outcrop of rocks ,about a hundred yards, fish there, you can hit deep water , bring your wellies , at high tide you have to walk through a foot of water.
