Waterford Mechanic

#1 Post by ntjones »

Hi Guys.
Need some help, we have just bought a boat that hasn't been in the water for the past 2 years, everything looks sound but I want to get the engine serviced before it goes into the water.
Its got a 96/97 Johnson 150hp on the back, can any one point me in the direct of a decent mechanic in the Dungarvan/Waterford area that can give the engine a once over for us?
Any help is greatly appreciated
Cheers

Not sure about Waterford but I brought my boat to the place in New Ross, just on Waterford side of the bridge on the left coming from Waterford. I found him great and my engine as never been better since he serviced it. Reasonable enough aswell. I think its call New Ross outboards.
Long time no sea.
